The Materials Supervisor is responsible for supporting operating objectives by performing the following duties:
Key Responsibilities 
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with processes and procedures in accordance with CSOS to ensure customer, materials and inventory goals are met as assigned.
  • Creates and amends daily production schedules based on inventory and customer requirements, communicating completion and changes in a timely manner. 
  • Contributes to achieving department goals through compliance with CSOS (e.g., recordkeeping, inventory levels, cycle counts, reconciliation with FIFO standards, etc.).
  • Improves and maintains customer relationships through timely and accurate written and verbal communication and troubleshooting of customer issues.
  • Supervises shipping and receiving personnel
  • Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement and quality through active participation as a contributing member of the salary team. (Including participation in our safety programs and various internal audits)
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education
  • Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent combination (3 to 5 years) of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of supply management process beneficial
